  1. Local Supplier Partnerships: The hotel sources locally-produced goods and services whenever possible. This includes food and beverages for the restaurant, materials for hotel maintenance, and local crafts for the gift shop.
  2. Sustainable Dining Options: We promote local food made directly from local ingredients in Hua Hin, ensuring freshness and reducing carbon emissions from long-distance transportation.
  3. Eco-friendly Packaging: For food at our restaurants, we use paper and wooden cutlery and containers, reducing the use of non-biodegradable materials. In guest rooms, glass bottles are used instead of plastic.
  4. Food Waste Education: We actively educate our staff through regular training on the importance of reducing food waste and using resources efficiently, such as our policy of serving fresh fruit when customers order, no peeling, to reduce waste / Reduction Policy
